About the Commissioning Party

WE Fashion is originally a Dutch fashion chain with approximately 3,000 employees, 250 shops in 7 European countries and headquartered in Utrecht. WE Fashion designs its collections in-house and sells these through the eponymous website and also at a number of other e-commerce partners.

 

Problem definition

To implement growth-ambitions, WE Fashion needs new and quality employees. This not only requires the vacancies to be presented properly and that the job application process is arranged to make it candidate friendly, but also that WE Fashion can present itself as a good employer and the Employer Branding is properly supported online. In addition, previously vacancies were loaded through an i-frame and this made the process not only unattractive, but the vacancies were also unfindable for search engines. Finally, the other 6 countries were barely engaged in the online recruitment process and this has to be made equal in the new situation.

 

Our solution

An approachable international recruitment platform in 7 languages from each country with the language or languages of the country and in English. This site is built to be fully responsive and by default displays the correct content for each country (based on IP address) and the correct language (based on browser settings).

The site provides content that not only fully informs and inspires the visitors, but also instantly shows the appropriate vacancies. Vacancy detail pages must be set up as landing pages and findable instantly through search engines. Creative and appealing content and SEO optimisation complete the platform.

The website is linked to the ATS WebQube. Multilingual, very user-friendly and offering all options required for a versatile retailer, WebQube is ideally suited to swiftly respond and possibly add countries. Links with job boards (Indeed, Fashion United), an automatic check at the fraud register (FAD), a Facebook plug-in and full analysis tool give WE Fashion recruiters full insight into the recruitment process.

 

The end result

Meanwhile, phase 2 has been completed. The vacancies are shown in 6 countries in the appropriate language (or languages), are easily found and linked to WebQube. Also, the links with Indeed, Fashion United and the FAD-register are realised. The vacancy overviews are also supplemented by inspiration and informative pages in a full (and also again adapted per country) recruitment site.
